Dashboards

The FAST Dashboarding tools are designed to give users and/or administrators the ability to create and store any number of Pinned Reports as a graph, chart or grid and display it dynamically on the Dashboard Tab.

This allows users to visually interpret their reporting data as a graph but also offers the enhanced flexibility of adding and modifying filters, changing the default colour palettes (or "themes"), add custom text via the Dashboard Notes and much more! This section will dive into the details of the enhanced FAST Dashboarding tools and show you how to use them effectively.

There are two distinct Dashboard tabs:

  1. Dashboards within the FAST Application, and

  2. Dashboards on the FAST Portal Home Page

The following options are available for use, configuration and display within the Dashboard:

  1. Create one or more new Dashboards

  2. Display your Pinned Report as a Graph

  3. Display your Pinned Report as a Grid

  4. Ability to associate personalized, custom colour "themes"

  5. Ability to easily re-order and re-organize your Dashboards using easy "drag & drop" functionality

  6. Define individual graph height and width within the Dashboard

  7. Add custom text to the Dashboard

  8. Pop out individual graphs into full-screen viewing mode

  9. Add Filters to a Dashboard that, when changed, will re-run the graphs with the filter applied
